Onion Roasted Potato's

1 pkg onion soup mix
4 medium potatoes(cut in chunks)
1/3 cup olive oil

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In a 9x13 baking pan combine all ingredients. Bake stirring occasionally. Cook for 35 min or until tender & golden brown. Serve.
