2 boxes Jiffy corn bread mix,
mixed according to directions
2 cups frozen corn thawed
1/3 cup jalapeno peppers,
ribs and seeds removed
1 1/2 cups grated cheddar-
cheese
Mix the Jiffy mix according to directions. Add corn, cheddar cheese, & peppers. Divided into two lightly greased 9" round baking pans. Bake according to Jiffy mix directions.
