Scalloped Potato Salad by Darlene Turner

8-10 cooked potato's sliced
1/2 lb Velveeta cheese cubed
1/2 cup onion
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup bacon chopped and partially cooked
1/4 cups green olives sliced
salt & pepper

Mix all ingredients. Place in 9 x 13 baking dish. Bake 350 degrees for 45 min. Let stand for 3 - 5 minutes, and serve hot.
